Roof panel
The beams (rafters) of panels are produced of timber, which corresponds to C24 (EN 518) with moisture content 15±3% or of laminated timber (Glulam) or of “Kertopuu”.
VI Measures of beams
| Thickness of beams, mm | 45 |
| Height of beams (solid section), mm | 195, 220, (245) |
| Height of beams (compound section), mm | 245, 290, 340, 390 |
| Spacing of beams, mm | ≤ 600 |
Note: measures in brackets require previous agreement.
Gap between rafters is filled with mineral wool, which is covered with vapour barrier from inside. From outside, the insulation layer is covered with wind protection board. There must be a ventilating gap between the underlayment plastic or fabric and wind protection boards.
VII Maximum measures of the panels
| Length, mm | ≤ 9000 |
| Width, mm | ≤ 2400 |
| Thickness | Depends on construction |
VIII Physical characteristics of ceiling elements

The roof elements are covered with a weatherproof material, which usually is a bituminous felt. The beams (rafters) of panels are produced of timber, which corresponds to C24 (EN 518) with moisture content 15±3% or of laminated timber (Glulam) or of “Kertopuu”.
